Full Exclusive Buyout
A full buyout offers exclusive access to 25,000 square feet of versatile event space, accommodating up to 600 guests. Studio A
Offering over 2,000 square feet of open space, Studio A has a capacity of 150 guests in a reception-style setting. This space provides a blank canvas and features its own WCs. It can be easily combined with the Brick Cellar and Studio A to provide over 5,000 square feet for up to 300 guests and dedicated access from the Covent Garden piazza.
Studio B
At 1,000 square feet, Studio B is an elegant and intimate space with direct access to the Covent Garden piazza. Ideal for food and drinks or hosting small meetings, it offers a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere for business and social gatherings. With a capacity of 50-100 guests in a reception-style setting, it’s perfect for a variety of events.

Studio C
Spanning 2,300 square feet with extensive back of house facilities, this space is ideal for anything from live performance, to big social and corporate gatherings. With a capacity of 200 guests it features direct access to Covent Garden piazza. Its cool and atmospheric fit-out provides an attractive and comfortable environment for any occasion.
Spyscape Galleries
A series of individual galleries that can open up into one large open space of over 4,000 square feet equipped with robust A/V capabilities, including premium speakers, ten 55" 4K LCD screens, and two 65" 4K LCD screens flanking the entrance. With a capacity for up to 150 people, this versatile space is ideal for business meetings, training workshops, small receptions, and birthday parties, providing a high-tech, intimate environment for a variety of events.
Spygames Zone
The 100-person clublike area is equipped with 12 high-tech game zones that each let teams of 2-5 players enjoy a variety of collaborative or competitive games, plus a central social space of over 1,000 square feet. Featuring premium audio, twelve 36 inch 4k LCD screens and three 65 inch 4k LCD screens the club delivers a compact and easily isolated space with its own small prep kitchen for an intimate gathering or an unforgettable fun and active experience.
